Overview

Based on the high-precision piezoresistive sensing principle, it monitors the real-time pressure values of the media inside pipelines and equipment, accurately reflecting operating conditions such as pipeline pressure fluctuations, pump malfunctions, pipeline blockages, filter clogging, and insufficient air pressure. It provides accurate data support for system pressure regulation, equipment overload warnings, pipeline condition diagnosis, and automated linkage control, effectively avoiding problems such as pipeline overpressure, insufficient pressure, pipeline blockage, and pump failure shutdowns. It is a fundamental monitoring instrument for the stable operation and intelligent management of desulfurization and dust removal air, water, and slurry systems.

Employing an industrial-grade high-precision pressure sensor core, it boasts high measurement accuracy and fast response speed, precisely capturing minute pressure fluctuations in pipelines. Data is synchronized in real-time, with no lag or deviation, providing real-time feedback on wind pressure, water pressure, and slurry pressure conditions, offering reliable data for intelligent system control and fault prediction.

Adaptable to multiple media conditions

The probe is made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, simultaneously suitable for monitoring the pressure of media such as dusty gases, clean water, desulfurization slurry, and corrosive wastewater. It is resistant to sedimentation, erosion, and acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring stable and undiminished sensing performance over long-term operation, making it suitable for complex and harsh desulfurization and dust removal conditions.

Strong anti-interference capability: Unaffected by fluctuations in media flow rate, temperature changes, on-site electromagnetic interference, and vibration, with no data drift or numerical fluctuations. It maintains continuous, accurate, and stable pressure data output under both dynamic load conditions and static pressure stabilization conditions.

Equipped with a standard 4-20mA analog signal output, it can seamlessly connect to PLC and DCS control systems, enabling automatic alarms for excessively high/low pressure, frequency conversion linkage for fans, start/stop control of water pumps, and early warning of pipeline blockages, comprehensively improving the automation and intelligent operation and management level of desulfurization and dust removal systems.

The entire unit adopts an integrated industrial structure that is dustproof, moisture-proof, waterproof, and explosion-proof. The robust casing is resistant to aging and mechanical vibration, making it suitable for harsh on-site environments with high dust levels, humidity, large temperature differences, and complex electrical systems. It supports 24-hour continuous operation, has no easily damaged precision structures, and has an extremely low failure rate.

Primarily used in flue gas treatment projects for thermal power generation, heating, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tail, chemical waste, waste incineration, and biomass combustion, it serves as a universal core instrument for pressure stabilization and fault early warning in air, water, and slurry systems.

Maintenance Design

The equipment comes standard with a pressure sensor main unit, dedicated pressure connectors, anti-clogging buffer devices, fixed mounting brackets, and sealed wiring accessories, offering a complete set, convenient installation, and wide versatility. It supports multiple range selections for micro-pressure, low-pressure, medium-pressure, and high-pressure applications, and can be matched with conventional, corrosion-resistant, explosion-proof, and high-temperature resistant models to suit different media conditions such as gas, water, and slurry. It is compatible with both new and upgraded dust removal and desulfurization equipment. Daily maintenance is simple, requiring only periodic cleaning of probe deposits and calibration of measurement parameters, resulting in extremely low long-term maintenance costs.
