This provides accurate data support for pump start-up and shutdown, slurry replenishment, drainage control, and material level early warning, effectively preventing problems such as tank overflow, slurry cavitation, dry burning due to water shortage, and silo blockage. It ensures the continuous and stable operation of the dust removal and desulfurization water circulation system and is a core supporting instrument for the automated management of environmental flue gas treatment systems.

Utilizing a non-contact detection method, it eliminates the need for contact with slurry and water, completely avoiding instrument damage caused by sediment accumulation, slurry corrosion, and impurity adhesion. It is suitable for desulfurization slurry conditions with high impurities, high corrosion, and high viscosity, providing stable and uninterrupted measurement.

Equipped with a high-precision industrial detection chip, this instrument offers accurate ranging, rapid response, and real-time liquid level data updates. It is highly resistant to liquid surface fluctuations and bubble interference, adaptable to dynamic operating conditions such as slurry turbulence and water flow, exhibiting low data error and high stability.

It features automatic temperature compensation, mitigating the impact of environmental temperature differences and airflow variations on measurement accuracy. Stable ranging is possible in both high and low temperature plant environments, eliminating data drift and numerical fluctuations, ensuring strong adaptability to year-round operating conditions.

Supporting analog signal transmission and digital output, it seamlessly integrates with PLC and DCS control systems, enabling automatic high/low liquid level alarms, pump start/stop linkage, and automatic slurry replenishment, significantly improving the automation level of desulfurization and dust removal water circulation management.

Minimal daily maintenance is required; only periodic cleaning of the probe surface is needed, resulting in extremely low operating costs.
