It can effectively avoid problems such as anode tube corrosion, slurry scaling, and excessive wastewater discharge caused by acid-base imbalance. It is a core monitoring instrument for stable operation and environmental compliance of wet electrostatic precipitator water circulation.


Features

Utilizes an industrial-grade high-precision detection chip, offering high measurement accuracy and fast response speed. It can capture real-time changes in water acidity and alkalinity, providing stable measurement data with small errors. It can accurately match the process requirements for dust removal and desulfurization water quality control, ensuring controllable water quality parameters.

Equipped with a corrosion-resistant pH electrode, it is suitable for acidic and alkaline conditions, as well as industrial wastewater containing trace amounts of dust and corrosive substances. The probe is corrosion-resistant, pollution-resistant, and erosion-resistant, and can withstand the complex water quality environment of wet dust removal for extended periods, with measurement performance remaining stable and unaffected.

It features a built-in automatic temperature compensation function to offset the impact of water temperature fluctuations on measurement accuracy, maintaining accurate measurements under both high and low temperature conditions. This eliminates data distortion caused by temperature deviations, making it suitable for stable monitoring under year-round operating conditions.

It has intelligent data transmission and over-limit alarm functions, and can be linked with PLC and DCS automation systems to achieve automatic dosing of acid and alkali reagents and early warning of abnormal water quality, reducing manual intervention and improving the level of automated management of dust removal water treatment.

The entire unit has a high industrial protection rating, with a dustproof and moisture-proof body, resistance to electromagnetic interference, and vibration resistance. It is suitable for humid, dusty, and complex electrical environments in factories, ensuring stable long-term continuous operation and an extremely low failure rate.

Suitable Scenarios

Widely applicable to wet electrostatic precipitator circulating water systems, desulfurization and dust removal slurry systems, industrial flue gas treatment and wastewater treatment, and monitoring of compliant wastewater discharge in factories. Primarily used in wet dust removal and desulfurization processes in thermal power generation, thermal heating, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tail, chemical tail gas, and waste incineration, for real-time monitoring of water acidity and alkali, process control, and online monitoring of environmental emissions.

Maintenance Design

The equipment comes standard with an intelligent instrument main unit, corrosion-resistant pH electrode, temperature compensation probe, fixed mounting bracket, and wiring accessories, offering strong completeness, convenient installation, and wide versatility. It supports various installation methods including pipeline, immersion, and wall-mounted installations, adapting to different water tanks and pipeline conditions. Customized models (standard/corrosion-resistant/high-temperature) can be provided based on water corrosion levels, temperature ranges, and monitoring accuracy requirements, compatible with both new and upgraded wet electrostatic precipitators and desulfurization/dust removal systems. Routine maintenance only requires periodic probe cleaning and value calibration, resulting in simple operation and low operating costs.

PH meters are designed for real-time monitoring of water acidity and alkalinity and precise control of operating conditions. They are key instruments for corrosion prevention, wastewater compliance, and stable system operation in wet electrostatic precipitators. Scale buildup, contamination, and aging of the probe can cause data drift. Regular cleaning, calibration, and replacement as needed are required to ensure accurate monitoring and stable system operation.
