The anode tube assembly is a core integrated dust collection component exclusive to wet electrostatic precipitators (WEEPs).
It replaces the traditional l anode plate structure and, together with cathode wires,
forms a high-voltage purification electric field.

Utilizing a honeycomb-style multi-tube parallel modular structure, each tube channel can independently form a uniform high-voltage electric field. Employing the principle of electrostatic adsorption, it efficiently captures difficult-to-treat pollutants such as ultrafine dust, acid mist, gypsum droplets, and aerosols from flue gas. Automatic rinsing and cleaning are achieved through a uniform water film on the tube walls, eliminating secondary dust generation. It boasts advantages such as high purification precision, stable operation, and sustained ultra-low emission performance, making it a core component for deep flue gas treatment, whitening and demisting in wet electrostatic precipitators, and environmental improvement.

Employing a honeycomb tubular integrated structure, it has a large effective dust collection surface area, uniform airflow distribution, and no dead zones in the electric field. It exhibits excellent interception and purification effects on PM2.5 ultrafine dust, fine droplets, and corrosive aerosols, maintaining ultra-low emission standards stably for a long period. Its purification performance far surpasses that of traditional plate structures.
Constructed from a single piece of fiberglass/conductive plastic corrosion-resistant material, this seamless design boasts a robust and rigid structure, making it resistant to deformation. It is ideally suited for the harsh operating conditions of wet electrical equipment, including high humidity, low temperature saturated flue gas, and acid/alkali corrosion. Its excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties completely solve the problem of metal electrode plate rust and perforation.
The smooth, flat inner wall of the tube exhibits excellent hydrophilicity, automatically forming a continuous and uniform water film during operation. Adhered dust and droplets are smoothly detached with the water film, ensuring thorough and residue-free cleaning. It prevents dust accumulation, scaling, and wall blockage, eliminating the need for frequent mechanical vibration and preventing secondary dust generation. Long-term operation maintains stable air resistance.
High-voltage insulation stability is excellent, with a uniform overall electric field strength distribution. High-voltage discharge is stable and gentle, resulting in an extremely low probability of flashover and tripping. It can support continuous and stable operation for 24 hours without interruption, exhibiting a low failure rate and long-lasting purification performance.
The modular, integrated design boasts high standardization and interchangeability, allowing for precise on-site hoisting and installation with accurate alignment and convenient assembly. It effectively ensures uniform spacing within the electric field, stabilizing high-voltage adsorption and purification effects, and significantly shortening equipment installation and maintenance time.
Specifically designed for saturated wet flue gas conditions after desulfurization in wet electrostatic precipitators, it is widely compatible with various industrial wet electrostatic purification electric fields. It is primarily used in deep flue gas treatment, demisting, and ultra-low emission retrofit projects in thermal power generation, heating, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tail, chemical tail gas, waste incineration, and biomass combustion, making it an indispensable core dust collection component for wet electrostatic precipitators.
The equipment is shipped as a fully modular integrated component, standardly equipped with a complete set of accessories including molded pipes, reinforced frames, and sealing connectors. The accessories are comprehensive and highly versatile. The entire unit is corrosion-resistant and moisture-resistant, with no easily damaged consumable parts, making daily maintenance simple and convenient. Supports customized hexagonal, circular, and other honeycomb structures, as well as multiple pipe diameters and module sizes. Exclusive material models can be matched according to equipment airflow, electric field specifications, and flue gas corrosion conditions. Compatible with various new and old wet electrostatic precipitators for installation, replacement, and upgrades.
The anode tube assembly is the core corrosion-resistant dust collection component of the wet electrostatic precipitator. Damage to the tube wall, module deformation, and scale buildup will directly lead to uneven electric field and reduced dust and mist removal efficiency. Regular inspection of the tube wall integrity and cleanliness is necessary, along with timely cleaning and maintenance to ensure long-term stable ultra-low emission operation of the wet electrostatic system.
