Anode plate

The anode plate is a core dust-collecting component in dry and wet electrostatic precipitators.
Together with the cathode wire,
it forms a high-voltage electric field and is the key carrier for dust charge adsorption and gas-solid separation.
The equipment uses a specially designed stamped plate as the dust-collecting electrode, responsible for adsorbing and capturing charged dust particles in the flue gas, completing the flue gas purification and filtration.

Overview

It is a core structural component that determines the dust collection area, electric field efficiency, and ultra-low emission effect of the electrostatic precipitator. The flatness, rigidity, and plate precision of the anode plate directly affect the uniformity of the electric field and the stability of dust collection. It is widely compatible with various industrial dry and wet electrostatic precipitators.

Features

It features an ultra-large effective dust collection area, a scientifically designed plate shape, and a uniform and stable electric field distribution. It can efficiently adsorb various fine dust particles, flue gas particles, and mist droplets, resulting in high overall dust collection efficiency and long-term stable ultra-low emission standards.

Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel/stainless steel sheet, this integrated stamping process ensures strong structural rigidity, high flatness, resistance to deformation, and excellent bending resistance. It can withstand long-term rapping impacts and flue gas erosion, eliminating short-circuit problems caused by electrode bending or displacement.

The plate surface undergoes flattening, deburring, and anti-corrosion treatment, resulting in a smooth, uniform surface with moderate dust adhesion. Dust can be quickly removed with mechanical rapping, preventing dust accumulation and scaling, and ensuring stable electric field resistance over long-term operation.

It exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for harsh conditions such as high-temperature flue gas, high humidity condensation, and trace acid and alkali corrosion. It remains deformation-free, rust-free, and perforated over long-term operation, ensuring a long service life.

The modular design ensures high assembly precision, neat assembly, and strong interchangeability. On-site installation is convenient and precise, effectively ensuring uniform overall electric field spacing and stable high-voltage discharge performance.

Suitable Applications

Widely compatible with various dry and wet electrostatic precipitators' high-voltage dust collection electric fields. Primarily used in high-flow, high-temperature, high-humidity flue gas treatment applications involving trace amounts of corrosive gases, such as those from thermal power generation, heat supply, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tails, chemical waste, waste incineration, and biomass combustion. It is an essential core dust collection component for electrostatic precipitators.

Maintenance Design

The equipment comes standard with pre-formed electrode plates, reinforced fixing components, and hoisting connectors, offering a complete range of accessories and strong versatility. The standard design, precise dimensions, and high assembly fit ensure perfect compatibility with various cathode discharge systems. Customization is supported for multiple models, including 480C, Z, corrugated, and herringbone types. Corresponding materials and models can be matched according to electric field specifications, flue gas conditions, dust characteristics, and corrosion resistance requirements, ensuring compatibility with new and old dry and wet electrostatic precipitators for installation, replacement, and upgrades.

Note

The anode plate is a core dust collection electrode component. Deformation, corrosion perforation, and heavy dust accumulation on the plate will lead to uneven electric field and reduced dust collection efficiency. Regular checks of the plate surface flatness and corrosion are necessary, with timely repair and replacement to ensure stable and efficient operation of the electric field.
