Overview

Serving as a dedicated maintenance access point, they allow personnel to enter the enclosure for plate inspection, wire replacement, ash cleaning, and insulation component maintenance. The doors feature high-strength sealing, high-temperature resistance, and are airtight and smoke-proof. They can be opened for maintenance when the system is shut down and locked shut during operation, effectively ensuring the airtightness and ease of maintenance of the electrostatic precipitator. They are an essential structural component for the safe operation and stable maintenance of electrostatic precipitators.

Features

Constructed from thickened carbon steel/stainless steel sheet in a single piece, this structure is robust and highly resistant to pressure, capable of withstanding negative pressure within the equipment enclosure and flue gas pressure. It is resistant to deformation and cracking, making it suitable for long-term high-temperature, high-humidity industrial flue gas conditions.

Equipped with high-temperature and aging-resistant special sealing strips, it provides a tight fit, excellent resilience, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and is not prone to aging or deformation. Long-term operation ensures no air leakage or smoke seepage, providing excellent and durable sealing.

Utilizing a convenient locking bolt/quick-opening buckle structure, opening and closing is simple and effortless. Maintenance requires no complex tools, and opening and closing is quick and efficient, significantly reducing the difficulty of internal equipment inspection, cleaning, and maintenance.

Suitable for equipment insulation retrofitting needs, it can be integrated with an insulation cover design, balancing sealing performance and insulation effect, reducing heat loss and preventing faults such as low-temperature condensation and electric field flashover.

Suitable Scenarios

Widely compatible with various dry electrostatic precipitators, wet electrostatic precipitator enclosures, insulated boxes, ash hoppers, and flue access ports. Mainly used in high-temperature, high-humidity, and slightly corrosive flue gas conditions such as thermal power generation, heat supply, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tail, chemical tail gas, waste incineration, and biomass combustion, suitable for daily inspection and periodic maintenance of various electrostatic precipitators.

Maintenance Design

The equipment comes standard with a complete door body, locking components, sealing strips, and fixing accessories. It features a simple structure, low failure rate, and high versatility. The door body has high flatness and good fit, and is not prone to deformation or air leakage over long-term use. It supports multiple specifications and sizes (round, square, rectangular) and custom models for normal pressure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation. Matching models can be made according to the equipment's enclosure structure, installation location, and operating environment, compatible with both new and old dry and wet electrostatic precipitators for installation and replacement.

Note

The manhole door is designed for airtight pressure maintenance and convenient maintenance. During equipment operation, it must be completely locked and sealed to prevent air leakage and flashover. Regular checks of the sealing strips for aging and deformation are necessary, and parts should be replaced promptly to ensure the closed-loop operation and stable compliance of the entire electrostatic precipitator.
