This equipment boasts stable, efficient, and long-lasting electrostatic adsorption purification capabilities for high-temperature flue gas, fine dust, suspended particulate matter, and aerosol dust generated in industrial production. It features stable performance, low operating costs, and extremely high cost-effectiveness, making it suitable for continuous 24-hour industrial operations.

The overall dust removal efficiency reaches over 99.9%, with excellent interception and adsorption effects on PM2.5 micron-level fine dust and ultrafine smoke dust. The purified flue gas can be directly discharged in compliance with standards, and waste heat can be recovered and recycled according to operating conditions, effectively reducing the enterprise's energy consumption for exhaust emissions and production and maintenance costs.

Equipped with an intelligent high-voltage power supply control system and a mechanical vibration dust removal device, manual cleaning is eliminated. Timed automatic vibration removes dust adhering to the plates and wires, ensuring thorough cleaning without secondary dust re-entrainment.
