Overview

Through a special flow channel structure, it is high-pressure sprayed and atomized to form a uniform and fine slurry water mist layer. This ensures sufficient contact and neutralization between the rising sulfur-containing flue gas and the atomized slurry, efficiently removing pollutants such as sulfur dioxide, sulfur trioxide, fine dust, and acid mist aerosols. It is a key terminal accessory for ensuring the purification efficiency of the desulfurization tower, stabilizing ultra-low emission standards, and preventing scale buildup within the tower. It is a core component of the desulfurization system that is frequently damaged and requires key maintenance.


Features

Excellent atomization performance, available in two main structural types: hollow cone and solid cone. Standardized spray angle and fine, uniform atomized particles ensure comprehensive coverage of the tower's flow cross-section, eliminating blind spots and localized dry wall phenomena. This significantly increases the gas-liquid contact area, effectively enhancing acid-base neutralization reactions and steadily improving desulfurization efficiency.

Made with ultra-high strength, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant materials, including common FRP fiberglass, silicon carbide, ceramics, and stainless steel with rubber lining. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, high-solids slurry erosion, and aging wear, it can withstand the harsh conditions of high temperature, high humidity, strong corrosion, and high erosion within the desulfurization tower for extended periods. It is not easily corroded, damaged, or worn, preventing orifice expansion.

Features a built-in large-diameter, smooth flow channel and a dead-angle-free siltation structure, providing excellent anti-clogging performance. It is not easily blocked by limestone particles, slurry impurities, or sediments, making it suitable for long-term spraying of high-concentration, high-solids desulfurization slurries. It effectively avoids single-hole interruption, uneven spraying, and pipeline pressure buildup.

The spray pressure is stable and the flow rate is uniform, maintaining a constant atomization effect within the system's normal head range. It avoids issues such as uneven spraying, scattered spraying, and weak dripping, effectively balancing the spray density within the tower and preventing problems like insufficient slurry in certain areas, inadequate desulfurization, or slurry accumulation and scaling, ensuring balanced and stable operating conditions within the tower.

It is easy to assemble and disassemble, highly interchangeable, and features a standard threaded/compression fitting structure, compatible with mainstream desulfurization spray pipe network specifications, ensuring a tight seal and no leakage. The entire unit has no complex or easily damaged structures, low operating resistance, and does not reduce system air pressure or water volume. It can operate continuously for 24 hours with stable operation and an extremely low failure rate.

Suitable Scenarios

Widely compatible with various wet desulfurization towers, spray scrubbing towers, and acid/alkali waste gas purification tower spray layer atomizing accessories. Primarily used in flue gas desulfurization projects for thermal power generation, heating, metallurgical sintering, cement kiln tail, chemical tail gas, waste incineration, and biomass combustion, this product is specifically designed for highly corrosive, high-solids-content slurry atomization scenarios in limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization. It is an essential terminal accessory for flue gas desulfurization, acid mist control, and deep dust removal.

Maintenance Design

The product comes standard with a complete nozzle body, sealing gasket, and threaded connectors. Standard specifications, wide versatility, and ready to use. Supports different angle, flow rate, and pressure models. Solid cone and hollow cone nozzles can be matched according to tower diameter, number of spray layers, slurry concentration, and system head, compatible with new installations, replacements, and upgrades of existing desulfurization tower spray layers. Daily maintenance is simple; only periodic checks for nozzle blockage, wear, and wire breakage are required. Regular flushing and unclogging are necessary. Worn or aged nozzles can be replaced individually without requiring complete disassembly of the piping network, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs.

Note

Desulfurization nozzles are designed to be anti-clogging, wear-resistant, uniformly atomized, and efficiently desulfurized. They are the core terminal components of the atomization reaction in the desulfurization system. Clogged nozzles, wear and enlarged holes, detachment and uneven spraying will directly cause a sharp drop in desulfurization efficiency, exceeding the outlet standard, and scale buildup and pipe blockage on the tower wall. Regular inspection and unblocking are required, and worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure uniform spray atomization and long-term stable and compliant operation of the desulfurization system.
