Overview

Slide gate valves are dedicated unloading, interception, and sealing accessories for baghouse dust collectors. They are mainly installed at the bottom of the dust collector hopper, the discharge port of the pipeline, and the interception position in the air duct. The equipment adopts a slide gate push-pull opening and closing structure, which is simple and compact, flexible in opening and closing, and has excellent sealing performance. It is mainly used to cut off or guide dust materials, block airflow in the air duct, and prevent dust leakage, cross-flow, and dust emission. It is a core accessory for airlock unloading and equipment maintenance isolation in dust collection systems. Suitable for dry dust and granular material conveying and interception scenarios, it can be equipped with manual, electric, and pneumatic drive methods to adapt to different automation requirements.

Features

Designed for various dry dust, granular materials, and powdery materials, this dust collector boasts reliable interception, airlocking, and sealing capabilities. It effectively solves problems such as air leakage, ash runoff, and dust emission at the discharge port of dust collection equipment, ensuring stable negative pressure in the dust collection system and improving overall dust collection efficiency.

The valve body is constructed entirely of welded steel plate, featuring a robust, wear-resistant, and deformation-resistant structure. It is resistant to dust erosion, abrasion, and has a long service life, making it suitable for long-term continuous industrial operation and high-load, dusty working environments.

The sealing structure uses wear-resistant rubber/graphite seals with a tight fit between the plates and a small opening and closing gap, providing excellent airlocking and sealing. In the closed state, it achieves near-zero air leakage, effectively preventing external airflow from entering the dust collection duct and preventing secondary dust emission.

Multiple drive modes are available

the manual version is easy to operate and requires no energy; the electric and pneumatic versions can be remotely controlled automatically, with fast response and stable operation, suitable for automated production lines and unattended dust collection systems.

Air Regulating Valve (Air Volume Control Valve)

Overview

An air regulating valve, also known as an air volume control valve, is a specialized air volume control accessory for baghouse dust collector ventilation ducts. It is mainly installed in the main dust collection duct, branch ducts, and at the inlet and outlet of the fan. By adjusting the blade angle, it precisely controls the air volume and pressure of the ductwork, balancing the air resistance of each branch in the dust collection system. This prevents excessive local air volume or velocity from causing filter bag wear, or insufficient air volume from resulting in poor dust collection efficiency. It effectively stabilizes the operating conditions of the entire dust collection system and is a key component for air volume balance, operating condition regulation, and equipment protection in the dust collection system.

Features

Precisely adjusts the air volume and pressure in the dust collection duct, matching the required air volume to the equipment, balancing the airflow in multiple branch dust collection duct networks, solving problems of uneven duct resistance and inconsistent airflow strength at the suction port, and significantly improving the overall dust collection effect.

The valve body adopts a multi-blade linkage adjustment structure, ensuring precise adjustment angles, stable positioning, and no self-deflection. It offers good linearity in air volume adjustment and high fine-tuning accuracy, adaptable to various refined dust collection conditions.

The casing and blades are made of thickened steel with rust and corrosion protection, resisting airflow erosion and deformation. Suitable for long-term high-speed and dusty airflow conditions, it offers stable operation and a low failure rate.

It supports manual, electric, and pneumatic adjustment. The manual version allows for precise on-site fine-tuning, while the electric version enables remote intelligent airflow control, adapting to automated dust collection systems and achieving intelligent adaptation to different operating conditions.

The duct has excellent sealing, and the blades close tightly, allowing for complete duct cutoff. This meets the needs of equipment shutdown for maintenance and single-branch shutdown operations, and is suitable for switching between multiple operating conditions.

Customization is available in multiple sizes, including round and square, and valve bodies can be customized to fit pipe diameter, system airflow, and air pressure parameters. It is highly versatile and suitable for retrofitting and installing various new and old dust collection equipment.

Note

The slide gate valve primarily functions to cut off airflow and seal discharge, mainly to block airflow and prevent ash leakage; the regulating valve primarily functions to adjust airflow and balance air pressure, mainly to regulate airflow and stabilize operating conditions. The two accessories can be used together to comprehensively optimize the operational stability of the dust collection system.
